Conditions of stay

THE PRICES INCLUDE: final cleaning, bed linen and towels with weekly change, free Wi-Fi, ski-room and ski boot dryer, parking place.

PAID SERVICES: daily fresh bread delivery in the morning (during the opening periods of the ski lifts), use of the washing machine and dryer.

TOURIST TAX: All prices shown are subject to a tourist tax amounting to 3€ per person (aged 14 and over) per day.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: The apartments are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.30 am on the day of departure.

RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT: The reservation becomes binding only after the payment of the deposit, equal to 40% of the total price, which should be completed within 3 days from the date of reservation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Up to 4 months before arrival: refund of 80% of the deposit paid.
• From 4 to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• From 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival: 70% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• Within the 2 weeks prior to arrival: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• No Show: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• In case of late arrival or early departure: the entire booked period will be charged, without any reductions.

PAYMENT MODES: we accept cash (up to 4.999€), bank transfer, credit cards and debit cards. We kindly ask you to settle your bill the day before departure.

PETS: Pets are not allowed

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in the apartments and in all common areas.

To keep things relaxed and comfortable for everyone, the apartments are only accessible to guests who’ve booked a stay and are properly checked in.

Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
