The town of Colfosco is located in the Dolomites at 1620m above sea level. Here you can feel the fresh alpine air that gives relief from the warmth in summer, and ensures perfectly groomed ski slopes in winter.

The central point of Colfosco is its little church dating from 1420, which reminds of the farming origins of the village: Colfosco has developed into a splendid resort with all facilities, yet it has maintained its original charm.

By using the Ladin language and wearing traditional dresses, the local people still testify their strong bond to the old culture, which has not gone lost.

In Colfosco you can enjoy long walks and hikes. Starting from the residence you soon reach the nearest trekking path that leads to the natural park Puez-Odle. If you prefer to explore Alta Badia and South Tyrol on two wheels, nothing stops you from launching yourself in a marathon on the four Sella Ronda passes. Still, also a picnic in the shadow of a larch tree might be real good...
