The first floor apartment features two double bedrooms, one of those has a separate bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, WC and bidet. Moreover, there is a second bathroom furnished with shower, towel warmer, washbasin, hairdryer, WC and bidet.

In the living room with TV/Sat the sofa can be turned into a single bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped with gas stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher with tabs, microwave oven, electric kettle and filter coffee machine.
