The ground floor apartment features two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one children bedroom with bunk bed. There are two bathrooms: a main bathroom furnished with shower, towel warmer, washbasin, hairdryer, WC and bidet, and a second bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.

All floors are heated, and in the living room with TV/Sat the sofa can be turned into a double bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped with electric stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher with tabs, microwave oven, electric kettle, filter coffee machine or coffee capsule machine.
